Robert S. Mink, Jr. is a trial lawyer with nearly a decade of experience representing clients across a wide range of civil litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, work-related fatalities, contract disputes, and complex business and LLC conflicts. His practice is devoted to advocating for clients at every stage of a dispute before a lawsuit is filed, throughout litigation, and after resolution, whether defending them against claims or pursuing their rights through affirmative action.
 
Rob approaches disputes with a clear understanding that most cases are won or lost long before trial. He works with clients early to position them strategically, keeps pressure where it belongs during litigation, and stays engaged even after a case ends to make sure outcomes actually matter in practice.
