Hank Spragins is an attorney that practices out of the firm’s Memphis, TN and Oxford, MS, offices.  As such, he is admitted to practice in both Mississippi and Tennessee and maintains a robust litigation practice in the representation of insurance companies and businesses and individuals.  His practice is devoted to civil litigation that addresses a myriad of disputes that are either trial or appellate related.  Over the duration of his practice, he has handled a variety of industries and handles torts relating to death and injury, products liability, class actions in both federal and state courts, as well as suits against insurance companies relating to bad faith and contract disputes.  He works with numerous business owners, as well as insurance adjustors relating to the merits of the cases.
