For the past thirteen years, Brian has devoted the majority of his practice to defending insurance companies and their insureds from various causes of actions ranging from motor vehicle accidents to bad faith insurance litigation.  He is licensed to practice in the State of Mississippi, the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Mississippi and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Brian currently resides in Oxford with his wife Amanda and his sons Henry and Howard.
